This seminar and conversation with four fair employment government agencies, the court and JAMS will discuss new trends and update changes in the agencies and courts. Each government entity will discuss the laws they enforce, the investigation process, discovery process and trial process.
This seminar will also focus on when ADR/mediation/resolution becomes a possibility and how best to reach an efficient resolution in an employment dispute. Employment practitioners will have an opportunity to network with the agency and government officials, one another and learn more about JAMS.
