Mediation Symposium 2021

Please join JAMS International Arbitrator and Mediator, Ryan Abbott who will be a speaker at The Mediation Symposium 2021 taking place online on October 7th. The Symposium will focus on “Inclusion and exclusion in mediation: Choosing to challenge?” Mediation offers a way of broadening access to justice and producing creative, workable outcomes for all involved. However, this is only possible if we actively address access to mediation processes and focus on equality, diversity and inclusion, both within mediation practice and within the global mediation community. This means choosing to challenge ourselves as professionals to live up to the claims we make for the process we are all so passionate about.
