Atlanta Mediation Week: Mediation Best Practices CLE

The State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association will recognize the American Bar Association’s “Mediation Week” with a joint virtual Mediation Best Practices CLE program. Speakers will break down mediation to its basic elements, exploring litigators’ and mediators’ perspectives on what makes mediation successful and satisfactory. Then, in a series of roundtable discussions geared to seasoned practitioners, panelists will discuss conflicting and competing practical mediation considerations in an advanced dialogue between Georgia litigators and mediators on the mediation process. We invite you to join our JAMS neutrals along with lawyers, dispute resolution professionals, students and others at this program designed provide education on mediation and related forms of collaborative problem solving.
