The presentation will include a distinguished panel of judges and arbitrators from state court, federal court, American Arbitration Association, and JAMS. Panelists will discuss common pre-conceived notions around trying complex construction disputes in the various venues and whether those pre-conceived notions hold true. The focus of the panel is whether any dispute venue is actually preferable for a complex construction dispute as well as highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each venue.
