This event will bring together aviation and arbitration professionals to mix and discuss the evolving future of aviation dispute resolution and will provide a comprehensive overview of the Court, together with its rules and procedures.

Specialized dispute resolution within the aviation industry has taken off
Join us for an interactive discussion on specialized dispute resolution within the aviation industry under the Hague CAA Rules and administered by the NAI. Our panel will introduce a typical aviation dispute and use specific case facts to highlight the provisions of the 2023 Hague CAA Arbitration Rules, including default expedited proceedings, multi-contract, joinder and consolidation, interim and conservatory measures, and more. The panel will explore how these rules are specifically advantageous to the aviation industry.
