Join us for an interactive discussion on specialized dispute resolution within the aviation industry under the Hague CAA Rules and administered by the NAI. Our panel will introduce a typical aviation dispute and use specific case facts to highlight the provisions of the 2023 Hague CAA Arbitration Rules, including default expedited proceedings, multi-contract, joinder and consolidation, interim and conservatory measures, and more. The panel will explore how these rules are specifically advantageous to the aviation industry.
