Presented by the African Caribbean Insurance Network (ACIN), Insurance Supper Club (ISC), the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) and JAMS

Global Insurance 360: The Impact of ADR on the Evolving Next Normal

Insurance is adjacent to every other industry and as new risks are identified, the insurance-related matters that arise continue to evolve. Global industry initiatives have been developing in recent years, to ensure that these disputes are resolved equitably. Join experienced professionals from around the globe for a discussion about how to effectively utilize ADR in insurance-related disputes in the evolving “next normal”. The hybrid conversation will build on a previous program which detailed the historic contributions of Black professionals to the insurance industry and the journey to equity. This panel of insurance and legal professionals will discuss the need for diverse representation across the industry and why ADR is a solution in addressing the societal instabilities created by the long lasting effects of the overlapping pandemics of COVID, civil unrest, weather events and economic downturn.
