Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute

The Section is pleased to announce that we will be conducting our 3rd Labor and Employment Law Trial Institute in Chicago, September 7-10, 2023. We will again partner with the National Employment Lawyers Council and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law to present this exciting program.

Participants will receive three days of intensive instruction on the nuances of trying a labor and employment case from expert faculty practitioners. The fourth day will feature mock trials conducted at the U.S. Courthouse.
