Settlement and Mediation Ethics CLE Webinar

Hon. Barry Baskin (Ret.) will present a CLE on mediation and settlement ethics. Judge Baskin is the former presiding judge of the Contra Costa County Superior Court, where he served in almost all divisions, including probate, during his 20-year term on the bench. Judge Baskin presided over trials and proceedings including inheritance rights, and contested estates and trusts. In 2009, Judge Baskin was honored as Trial Judge of the Year by the Alameda-Contra Costa Trial Lawyers’ Association. Judge Baskin is now a mediator, arbitrator, and special master/referee at JAMs, based out of the Walnut Creek office.
