JAMS is a proud gold sponsor of the fourth edition of Washington Arbitration Week (WAW). Since 2020, WAW has provided an organic D.C. forum in international arbitration for its legal community, advancing the analysis and discussion of the latest developments reflected in arbitral awards, treaties and international instruments at the forefront of international arbitration.  

This year JAMS will be hosting two WAW panels at our JAMS Washington, D.C. Resolution Center the morning of November 27, 2023 and Kim M. Keenan, Esq. will be speaking on the second panel regarding her experience and expectations of diversity. Join us early Monday morning for a continental breakfast, two compelling panel discussions and lunch which will be served immediately following the second panel. Additionally, on November 30, 2023, Andrew D. Ness, Esq., FCIArb has been invited to participate in a practical session regarding fact and expert witnesses.
