Judge Sherlock, Supervising Judge of the Law Division's Commercial Litigation Section, and Judge Snyder (Ret.), JAMS Neutral, will discuss the connection between active litigation case management and mediation or arbitration in business dissolution and partnership disputes. They will address the questions: When is the right time, and what actions should be taken? This will be an interactive session, encouraging participants to share their own strategies and ideas.
