Mediator Matters: Selecting the Right Neutral for Complex Insurance Cases

JAMS-SPONSORED EVENT

Mediator Matters: Selecting the Right Neutral for Complex Insurance Cases

Presented by The National Bar Association (NBA) Alternative Dispute Resolution Section & Insurance Law Section

Mediator Matters: Selecting the Right Neutral for Complex Insurance Cases

JAMS is proud to sponsor the NBA’s upcoming panel discussion, “Mediator Matters: Selecting the Right Neutral for Complex Insurance Cases.” This distinguished panel will discuss cases involving complex insurance matters. These cases can often come with unique issues and resolution of those matters requires an equally unique skill set. Thus, identifying the right mediator is an important piece of the settlement puzzle. This interactive program will go beyond what counsels typically look at when selecting a mediator (subject-matter experience, style) but will delve deeper into other considerations specific to insurance claims. JAMS neutral Rebekah Ratliff, CCLS will participate in this panel discussion.

This Webinar will be held virtually via Zoom. You must register to receive the Zoom link. Please send RSVP to Yonelle Moore Lee, NBA ADR Section Secretary, yonellemlesq@gmail.com by Tuesday, May 28, 2024.
