In this multi-segment session, speakers will broadly explore early disposition of issues in arbitration across different types of cases, applicable rules, and standards. After the keynote address by JAMS neutral Hon. James (Jay) Francis, IV (Ret.), four debaters will take the stage before a presiding tribunal to argue for or against the proposition posed in the title, “This House Believes Preliminary Dispositions are Essential. ” A moderated panel discussion will follow the debate.
