She will join an experienced panel from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. to discuss "What Plaintiffs, Defendants, and In-House attorneys want from their Mediators". The panel, moderated by one of the newest members of the federal judiciary, will bring together perspectives from a plaintiff’s lawyer, a defense lawyer, and an in-house counsel. Together, they will explore what parties expect from mediators, how attorneys prepare for mediation, and recommended techniques for achieving effective resolutions.
