A Primer on Mediation Ethics

As mediation becomes increasingly important, this program is an opportunity for attorneys to learn more about mediation ethics. Drawing on real-world scenarios and professional standards, this virtual CLE program will explore the ethical considerations that arise when representing clients in mediation, including confidentiality, candor, informed consent, and balancing advocacy with problem-solving. Participants will gain actionable strategies for navigating challenging situations, maintaining professional integrity, and enhancing their effectiveness as mediation advocates.
