This 70-minute interactive session, bringing together international negotiation practitioners and scholars, explores the evolving trends and challenges in international legal negotiation and dispute resolution. General counsel from outside the U.S. will share their unique perspectives on working with U.S.-based counsel and navigating the U.S. legal system. With practical case studies and actionable advice, attendees will gain valuable insights into cross-border legal interactions and negotiation strategies.
