Advanced Workshop for Improved Negotiation and Mediation Skills
This workshop will present strategies for successful negotiation, as well as insight on how to mediate difficult disputes. The presenters will discuss methods to resolve issues on their merits, highlighting strategies which will allow advocates to be fair in negotiation while maintaining focus on their clients’ interests.
