Join JAMS neutral, Hon. Philip S. Gutierrez (Ret.) and Hispanic Bar Association of the Inland Empire (HBAIE) for their August CLE and networking reception. Judge Gutierrez will have an open discussion on implicit bias in the courtroom. He will take a look at case evaluation, jury selection, witness examination and sentencing.
One hour of implicit bias credit will be offered.
