CCPIT Distinguished Speaker Series: Advanced Mediation Techniques: IP & Insurance

As part of the Distinguished Speaker Series: Advanced Mediation Techniques presented by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Mediation Center and JAMS, this program will focus on strategies for mediating intellectual property and insurance disputes in the international commercial context. JAMS neutrals Hon. Elizabeth D. Laporte (Ret.) and Rebekah Ratliff, CCLS, will share practical techniques and insights drawn from their experience resolving complex, high-stakes matters. Through case examples and facilitated discussion, panelists will address unique challenges in these practice areas, including managing technical subject matter, navigating multi-jurisdictional issues, and guiding parties toward resolution.
