Free 1.0 Hour CLE

Join The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) for an engaging CLE panel exploring how cost-benefit analysis can elevate mediation strategy and client counseling. JAMS neutral Hon. Lawrence E. Mooney (Ret.) will discuss how cost-benefit analysis can move parties toward a mediated settlement of disputes that are principally about money.  Concerns about money can provoke strong emotions that impede settlement.  Use of a neutral cost-benefit approach by both the mediators and counsel can diminish these emotions and provide a reasoned path towards settlement.

The free in-person, BAMSL CLE will take place from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., followed by a happy hour from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
