Trial Advocacy In Action: The Power of Story, Skills & Persuasive Performance is an immersive workshop that offers its attendees opportunities to elevate their trial advocacy skills through demonstrations, in-depth analysis, and dynamic moderated discussions. Participants will: 
  • Observe and analyze live demonstrations of persuasive storytelling in opening and closing statements
  • Gain insights into advanced courtroom strategies, including fact and expert witness examinations and cross-examinations
  • Examine the effectiveness of various trial performance techniques in discussions with experienced trial lawyers and judges
  • Assess real-world trial advocacy skills in action
  • Strengthen their professional network by connecting with peers and leaders in the field during two distinct marketing opportunities

Gregory G. Spaulding, Esq. will join the program to share techniques and key insights drawn from his extensive courtroom experience.
