Join ACR-GNY for a real-time simulation that puts this question to the test. Based on a complex, real commercial dispute, this live demonstration showcases two parallel mediations: one guided by an experienced human mediator, the other led by a generative AI system trained in dispute resolution techniques. You will witness firsthand how each mediator, human vs machine, interprets emotion, nuance, and power dynamics—and how differently they guide the parties toward resolution.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a distant concept—it’s present in our inboxes, our workflows, and increasingly, in our most sensitive conversations. But can AI truly understand human conflict? And more importantly, would you trust it to help resolve yours?

JAMS neutrals Giuseppe De Palo, Esq. and Genesis Fisher, Esq. will be joined by David Bloch and others for this special in-person Roundtable Breakfast Discussion.
