On Day 1, Richard Birke (SVP, JAMS; Executive Director, JAMS Institute) will join a panel to explore practical tools and strategies for assessing and intervening in complex multi-party and organizational team disputes, including frameworks for conflict analysis, intervention design, and navigating ethical issues in group and organizational contexts.
