The ABA Dispute Resolution Section's first Skills Summit is designed to sharpen dispute resolution techniques through hands-on learning. Explore practical strategies for teaching conflict management, navigating group disputes, communicating with clarity and inclusion, and presenting with confidence - and leave equipped with tools to teach, lead, and connect in complex settings.

On Day 1, Richard Birke (SVP, JAMS; Executive Director, JAMS Institute) will join a panel to explore practical tools and strategies for assessing and intervening in complex multi-party and organizational team disputes, including frameworks for conflict analysis, intervention design, and navigating ethical issues in group and organizational contexts.
