JAMS neutral Genesis Fisher, Esq. will join the panel discussion, “Accessing ADR Skills and Opportunities from Diverse Perspectives” on April 29 at 5:30pm. Participants will gain knowledge on how legal professionals from varied backgrounds apply ADR skills in an evolving legal landscape. The session will cover the qualifications required to serve as a neutral facilitator, strategies for gaining professional competencies, and methods for accessing ADR panels and private markets.
