Mrs. Bulmash will present “Arbitration Clauses” from 3:30 – 4:00 PM as part of the Specific Contractual Provisions Module, offering practical guidance on drafting effective and enforceable arbitration provisions.

Attendees will receive 6.5 hours of MCLE credit (including 1 hour of ethics). The program qualifies for credit toward the Texas Bar College and Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) in Civil Trial Law, Consumer Law, and Commercial Law.
