JAMS neutral Hon. John H. Sugiyama (Ret.) will present on the potential use of artificial intelligence in trust litigation, particularly in the mediation context. The program will examine how AI tools may help address common informational gaps - such as deficient accountings, disputed valuations, and incomplete trust records - that can affect parties’ ability to assess and resolve trust-related disputes.
