The Federal Bar Association will host its 2026 Indian Law Conference at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, on April 9-10, 2026. Titled “Federal Indian Law in 2026: Past Developments, Current Realities, and Mapping the Road Ahead,” the conference will examine current legal and policy developments affecting Tribal Nations, including issues related to sovereignty, natural resources, economic development, and government-to-government relations. The event brings together practitioners, government representatives, academics, and exhibitors for educational programming and networking focused on federal Indian law.
