Join us for a presentation on cybersecurity and privacy settlements. Our distinguished panel will address the strategic considerations in resolving complex cybersecurity and privacy disputes, drawing on firsthand experience from high-stakes cases.

Key settlement drivers, including statutory damages and other remedies under statutes such as the TCPA, VPPA, and FCRA, will be analyzed in the broader context of class action approval and enforcement trends.
