Mediation Ethics for Advocates

Join JAMS Neutral Bill VanDeWeghe, Esq. and his fellow panelists for their presentation that will focus on the ethical rules that govern, and challenging situations that can arise, during settlement negotiations and mediations. Attendees will have the opportunity to vote on whether attorneys acted properly or improperly in a variety of scenarios. Panel members will provide comments and raise questions that attorneys should be considering whenever dealing with opposing counsel or the court.
