Practitioners Charlie Scibetta (Chaffetz Lindsey) and Josh Blosveren (Cohen Ziffer) will moderate. Panelists will address traditional mediation issues as well as the issue of the moment—is AI impacting complex insurance mediations yet, and if so, how and how can you keep up with the changing technology?
