The Signal Peak Symposium is a gathering bringing together judges, policymakers, and leading litigators to discuss issues shaping the future of litigation finance and complex litigation. The session, “The Deciders En Banc,” (2:30 PM) will include Hon. Shashi H. Kewalramani (Ret.), former U.S. Magistrate Judge and JAMS neutral, joining members of the federal and state judiciary to examine whether courts should require disclosure of third-party litigation funding arrangements.
