JAMS neutral Patricia H. Thompson, Esq., FCIArb, CollArb joins The Florida Bar ADR Section's Third Arbitration Advocacy Institute as faculty for 2026. Designed to answer the question, “How Can I Improve My Arbitration Advocacy Skills?", the virtual one-day workshop for attorneys brings together established arbitrators, trainers, advocates, and practitioners to impart knowledge based on their arbitration experiences, share best practices, and other tips to assist attorney-arbitrators with understanding the arbitration process. Ms. Thompson will speak during the 9:05 a.m. session, "Part I: Ethics in Arbitration," then again during the 2:20 p.m. "Hot Topics in Arbitration" panel discussion.
