Retired Bankruptcy Chief Judge Alan Trust Joins JAMS as Mediator, Arbitrator

Judge Alan Trust, who retired from his role as chief judge of Long Island’s federal bankruptcy court earlier this year, has joined JAMS as a mediator and arbitrator, the company announced on Tuesday.     
 
“I look forward to bringing my 40-plus years of extensive legal experience as a mediator, bankruptcy court judge, chief judge, private practitioner and problem solver to the resolution of complex bankruptcy, commercial and other disputes,” the judge said.
