San Francisco – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Craig S. Meredith, Esq. to its San Francisco panel and JAMS Global Engineering and Construction Group. Meredith will be based in the San Francisco Resolution Center, where he will specialize in a variety of areas including construction, construction defect, engineering, insurance and personal injury.
Meredith is most widely known for his expertise in the areas of insurance coverage with a primary emphasis on general liability coverage issues for commercial construction, construction defect, and environmental matters. He is also known and respected for his ability to form relationships with both carrier representatives and outside counsel.

Meredith has successfully served as a mediator in more than 100 cases, both locally and nationally, involving complex insurance disputes, including construction defect cases, inter-carrier and insured carrier disputes, broker disputes, bad faith litigation, bodily injury suits and other disputes. Additionally, he has participated in more than 400 settlements of major construction litigation as coverage counsel for the developer or general contractor.
Meredith received his B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Houston and graduated magna cum laude from Bates College of Law at the University of Houston.
