Ms. Yanni joined JAMS in 1998 and has successfully mediated, arbitrated or acted as a special master/discovery referee in thousands of cases. She has consistently been recognized as a Top Neutral in California.
Founded in 2004, ACAM is an independent organization of experienced masters who serve in both federal and state courts. ACAM promotes the effectiveness of masters in helping courts, lawyers and parties obtain civil justice. Masters substantially reduce litigation expenses and assist jurists in fulfilling their obligations, saving judges and court personnel substantial time. ACAM’s mission is to provide judges, lawyers, parties and other masters with helpful information regarding the use of masters. Membership is open to any master, including non-lawyers, who has been appointed by a federal or state court judge.
