Miami – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Jeffrey Grubman, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Grubman will be based in the JAMS Miami Resolution Center, but is also available to hear cases in Boca Raton, Fl. He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Business/Commercial, Employment, Entertainment, Estates/Probates/Wills, Insurance, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Securities.
As a mediator, he has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes, ranging from small to complex, multi-million dollar cases in a broad spectrum of industries throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Grubman is also a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He has adjudicated disputes as a single arbitrator and as a member of a tripartite panel.

Mr. Grubman graduated with his B.S. from University of Florida with high honors and received his J.D. from University of Southern California Gould School of Law (Hale Moot Court Honors). He regularly lectures and publishes articles on a local and national level regarding timely ADR issues, including continuing legal education presentations to law firms. He is the Co-Chair of the ADR Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association.
