NEW YORK – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Robin H. Gise, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Gise will be based in the JAMS New York Resolution Center and serve as a mediator and arbitrator in Business/Commercial, Construction and Employment disputes. Ms. Gise’s launch adds to a deeply talented Employment group in New York, especially with the recent addition of Nancy Kramer, Esq.
Ms. Gise specializes in resolving all types of employment cases, including allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment, cases involving multiple claimants, wage and hour claims under the FLSA and state labor laws, as well as class and collective actions. She has served on a number of ADR panels including the New York County Supreme Court Commercial Division ADR Roster and the Eastern District of New York Storm Sandy ADR Panel. Prior to becoming a neutral, Ms. Gise was an attorney at Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP and Kaiser, Saurborn & Mair, P.C.
