Prominent Attorney Marc E. Isserles, Esq. Joins JAMS in New York

NEW YORK – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Marc E. Isserles, Esq. to its panel. Mr. Isserles will be based in the JAMS New York Resolution Center and serve as a mediator in a variety of disputes including Appellate, Business/Commercial, Class Action/Mass Tort, Employment, Entertainment/Sports, Insurance, Intellectual Property and Securities.

Mr. Isserles joins JAMS after founding a top New York City litigation boutique and serving as a former law clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. He has more than 15 years of experience handling complex business disputes, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and licensing matters.

“Marc is known for his judicious temperament and ability to understand complicated issues quickly,” said Chris Poole, JAMS president and CEO. “We’re looking forward to him joining our panel.”

Mr. Isserles received his B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard School of Law.
