Those who were chosen have distinguished themselves in the field of arbitration and mediation, each having an abiding passion and deep commitment to the practice of ADR along with a remarkable track record of success. It is an exemplary list of the finest mediators and arbitrators in the United States.
The JAMS neutrals who were named as ADR Champions are John Bates, Esq., Richard Chernick, Esq., Hon. Edward Infante (Ret.), Jed Melnick, Esq., Hon. Diane Welsh (Ret.), Hon. Rebecca Westerfield (Ret.) and Cathy Yanni.
