MIAMI – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Patricia H. Thompson, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Thompson will be based in the JAMS Miami Resolution Center and will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and special master in a variety of disputes including Appellate, Banking, Business/Commercial, Engineering and Construction, Employment and Financial Matters.
Ms. Thompson joins JAMS after a successful career as an arbitrator and trial lawyer, concentrating her practice in construction, employment, surety, fidelity and other complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. In arbitrations, she’s well-known for meeting the parties’ pre-dispute expectations of efficiency and cost reductions. In mediation, she balances facilitation, evaluation and perseverance to direct the best avenue of resolution for all parties involved.
Patricia’s ability to get to the heart of the matter and quickly break down complex issues makes her an excellent addition to our panel. She’s well-known for her intelligence and persistence and we’re thrilled to have her join us.
