Based in the JAMS Resolution Center in Los Angeles, Ms. Franklin will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and neutral evaluator, with a focus on matters involving complex insurance coverage issues, as well as entertainment and business/commercial matters.

Ms. Franklin has extensive experience with insurance disputes and is known for her pragmatism and ability to see matters from multiple perspectives. We are excited to have her join JAMS for the logical next step in her career.

Moving to JAMS is the perfect next chapter for me. My background lends itself so naturally to becoming a neutral here. I am excited to be able to continue doing what I love—helping parties reach an amicable path to resolution.
