Based in both the London and New York Resolution Centers, Mr. Cole will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a number of practice areas, including aviation, banking, business/commercial, construction, education/schools, employment, energy/utility, financial markets, maritime/admiralty, trade and transportation.

He has served as counsel in international commercial arbitrations at both White & Case and Gentium Law, and has twice been appointed as an appellate arbitrator.
With his ability to approach complicated issues with pragmatism and an open mind, Mr. Cole has an ideal skill set to leverage in his new role as a neutral at JAMS. We’re looking forward to having him apply his wide range of experience and decision-making skills to matters that come to him at JAMS.
