Christopher Keele, Esq., Joins JAMS in Silicon Valley

Experienced health care litigator joins JAMS as arbitrator and mediator

New Panelist Announcement

Silicon Valley – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Christopher Keele, Esq., to its panel. Mr. Keele joins JAMS following a diverse litigation practice spanning over 36 years.

Mr. Keele has enjoyed various roles in an expansive career: trial lawyer, law firm founder and managing partner, and manager of complex litigation. He has deep experience in a broad range of commercial and complex litigation, with emphasis on health care and business disputes.

Based in the Silicon Valley Resolution Center, Mr. Keele will be available to serve as an arbitrator and mediator, handling business and commercial, health care, real property, environmental and personal injury disputes. Mr. Keele is available to hear cases throughout California as well as nationally.

Mr. Keele has spent three decades in the courtroom and is known for his professionalism, tenacity and sound judgment. This, combined with his deep understanding of ADR, will make him an excellent addition to the JAMS panel.

- Chris Poole, JAMS President and CEO

In the health care field, Mr. Keele immersed himself in complex case management and dispute assessment and valuation, adapting seamlessly to ever-changing business and litigation integration strategies as well as to the industry’s dynamic and competitive landscape.

Throughout my career, I’ve selected and worked with many neutrals, which gives me a unique perspective to identify the qualities that make an effective mediator or arbitrator, such as patience, perseverance and an ability to really listen. I will do my best to bring each of these qualities, along with empathy, fairness and integrity, to every dispute I handle as a JAMS neutral. I’m humbled and excited by this opportunity.

- Christopher Keele, Esq., JAMS Arbitrator and Mediator

Mr. Keele received his A.B., cum laude, from Wabash College and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
