Tracy Curry Joins JAMS as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

Ms. Curry brings decades of human resources experience across multiple industries to JAMS

Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Tracy Curry has been hired as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Ms. Curry is a seasoned human resources (HR) professional with over two decades of experience across multiple industries.

In her role at JAMS, Ms. Curry oversees the HR department and is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including organizational development, workforce planning and utilization, talent and performance management, compensation, benefits and rewards, change management, succession planning, HR systems, employee relations and global staffing. At JAMS, the HR department serves the important role of ensuring associates are supported from day one and have a deep understanding of JAMS’ corporate values, culture, ethics, history and more.

Ms. Curry began her career with Hilton Worldwide, spending more than 17 years in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, talent management and succession management. She then moved to Lemonade Restaurant Group, where she focused on building an HR function that could support the company’s more than 1,100 employees and 25 locations during a period of rapid growth.

Most recently, Ms. Curry worked as the senior vice president of human resources at City National Bank, where, among other functions, she focused on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, including serving as co-chair of the company’s Women’s Network. She also represented HR on an award-willing return-to-office cross-functional team that assisted in the facilitation of crisis management and incident assessment.

Ms. Curry received her B.S. in hotel administration and human relations from Cornell University.
