Manning, Esq., was honored with the Best in California, Community Service Award by the California Lawyers Association (CLA), in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the legal community. The award was presented at the 2025 CLA Annual Meeting on Sept. 13.
The CLA, founded in 2018, is a nonprofit, member-driven bar association representing thousands of attorneys across California. Through advocacy, education and innovative programs, the CLA fosters professional growth and connections while serving as the premier statewide voice of the legal community.

Ms. Manning joined JAMS as a mediator, arbitrator, court-appointed neutral, neutral evaluator and discovery referee, bringing decades of experience in complex litigation and innovative problem-solving to her ADR practice. She is widely recognized for her ability to foster constructive dialogue and guide parties toward effective, mutually agreeable resolutions. Courts across California frequently invite her to participate in ADR programs across California, including the Northern District of California’s Early Neutral Evaluation program the mediation panels of the Northern District and Central District of California and the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Mediator Volunteer Panel. She also serves as a settlement and discovery facilitator for several county courts.
Before joining JAMS, Ms. Manning represented clients in high-stakes class action and complex litigation spanning antitrust and competition, consumer protection, cybersecurity and privacy, employment, health care, mass torts, sports and securities, including trying two antitrust class actions to verdict. She is consistently recognized among Northern California’s top attorneys, earning honors from Super Lawyers annually since 2020. She serves as vice-president of the CLA, where she continues to champion professional growth and community engagement.
