The ceremony took place during the CLSA’s 2025 International Conference and Induction of Fellows from Sept. 17 to 19 in Charleston, South Carolina.

The CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing Fellows from the United States and internationally, each selected based on their effectiveness, accomplishments and ethical reputation in the practice of construction law. The CLSA brings together leading practitioners, academics, judges and in-house counsel to advance superior advocacy, scholarship and professionalism across all facets of construction law, from contract negotiation and surety bonding to litigation and arbitration.

Mr. Masini is an accomplished construction mediator with more than 30 years of experience as both a neutral and advocate. Since beginning his ADR practice in 2007, he has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes involving construction, business, environmental and high-profile personal injury matters.

A former architect and technical specification writer, Mr. Masini brings a unique technical perspective to his work, enabling him to navigate complex design and engineering issues with precision. Known for his thorough preparation and pragmatic approach, he is widely respected for guiding parties toward efficient, informed and durable resolutions.
