Barbara Bennett, Esq., Joins JAMS in Atlanta
Seasoned attorney and dispute resolution professional joins as an arbitrator, mediator and neutral evaluator
Atlanta – JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Barbara Bennett, Esq., has joined its panel. She joins with extensive experience resolving complex matters involving health care, data governance, technology (including AI), privacy, security and regulated business operations.
Ms. Bennett most recently worked as a partner at Frost Brown Todd from 2023 to 2025, after serving in private practice and with other international and regional law firms over the course of her career. She has also held roles as general counsel and corporate secretary at TriPoint Health Group and as associate general counsel at Vanderbilt University. As an ADR professional, she has navigated several disputes involving corporate transactions, health and other personal information, cross-functional governance issues and data-driven business models.
Based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, Ms. Bennett will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and neutral evaluator, handling business and commercial, cybersecurity and privacy, health care, higher education and life sciences matters. She is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country and internationally.

Ms. Bennett’s career includes early service on the Tennessee Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, where she contributed to initiatives focused on improving court-connected dispute processes. She has worked extensively with organizations in health care, life sciences, higher education and technology, as well as companies engaged in data analytics and AI governance.
“I bring extensive experience resolving differences in the context of transactions and corporate governance, with a deep background in technology, including AI. I am particularly drawn to matters where the law may be uncharted, but the facts demand clarity and careful analysis,” said Ms. Bennett.
Ms. Bennett earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she graduated Order of the Coif.
