JAMS Relocates Atlanta Resolution Center to Promenade Tower in Midtown

New space offers modern design, advanced technology and high-end amenities to support in-person, virtual and hybrid proceedings

Atlanta — JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, today announced the relocation of its Atlanta Resolution Center to a new, state-of-the-art space in the heart of Midtown. The new location reflects JAMS’ commitment to innovation, comfort and sustainability.

The Atlanta Resolution Center features 16 conference rooms, along with client and arbitration lounges, an executive boardroom, a variety of mediation rooms and attorney offices. Designed with a blend of modern and historic elements, the space offers cutting-edge technology and several amenities to create an elevated experience.

Multiple conference rooms boast video capabilities, 75-inch to 90-inch screens for optimal viewing, enhanced audio systems and high-speed internet. Security and privacy were prioritized in the design of the space, with lockable arbitration rooms, boardrooms and breakout spaces. Clients will also enjoy a welcoming reception with a JAMS café, offering premium coffee, beverages and snacks. Comfortable seating areas and anterooms for privacy near arbitration spaces are also available.

The new center is also fully ADA compliant, with ergonomic workspaces and flexible collaboration zones to ensure accessibility. Sustainable finishes and fixtures were incorporated throughout the design, underscoring JAMS’ commitment to reducing its environmental footprint.
