Hon. Jeffrey K. Oing (Ret.) and Hon. Anil C. Singh (Ret.) Honored by the NYSBA’s Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction

Honor recognizes justices for their years of outstanding public service

Irvine, Calif. – JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Hon. Jeffrey K. Oing (Ret.) and Hon. Anil C. Singh (Ret.) were honored for their distinguished judicial careers by the New York State Bar Association’s (NYSBA) Committee on Courts of Appellate Jurisdiction (CCAJ). The recognition was presented at the CCAJ’s annual dinner meeting on Jan. 13.

Each year, the CCAJ honors recently retired Appellate Division judges for their significant contributions to the bench, the bar and their years of outstanding public service. The CCAJ is dedicated to engaging attorneys and members of the judiciary in discussions of current issues in appellate practice, educating attorneys and pro se litigants about appellate procedure, and promoting access to the appellate courts

“Justices Oing and Singh exemplify the highest standards of judicial service, integrity and professionalism. This recognition reflects the lasting impact of their work on the bench and the deep respect they have earned across the legal community. We congratulate them on this well-deserved honor.”

Kimberly Taylor, JAMS CEO and president
