Randy Hafer, Esq., Joins JAMS in Atlanta
Seasoned dispute resolution professional and attorney joins as an arbitrator, mediator, dispute board member, and neutral evaluator
ATLANTA – JAMS, the premier provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce that Randy Hafer, Esq., has joined its panel. Mr. Hafer brings more than 40 years of deep complex construction and infrastructure dispute experience.
From 2023 to 2026, Mr. Hafer led his own ADR practice, Hafer Dispute Resolution LLC. He previously served as a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where he held several leadership roles, including leading the nationally recognized Construction & Infrastructure Projects team. He has represented public and private owners, EPC and general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and manufacturers in significant domestic and international disputes involving major infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation, water/wastewater, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Based in the Atlanta Resolution Center, Mr. Hafer will serve as an arbitrator, mediator, dispute board member, and neutral evaluator, handling engineering and construction, international and cross-border, business and commercial, and insurance matters. He is available to conduct sessions in person, as well as virtually, for clients across the country and internationally.

Mr. Hafer is a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers, where he previously co-chaired the Alternative Disputes Resolution Committee. Among numerous professional accolades, he has been recognized by Chambers USA, The Best Lawyers in America®, Legal 500 US and Georgia Super Lawyers. He also notably received the ALM Southeastern Legal Awards Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and long-time private pilot.

Mr. Hafer earned his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Tennessee College of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from Georgia State University.
