JAMS neutral Hon. James "Jay" C. Francis IV (Ret.) will speak at this interactive program which is based on a series of video scenarios dramatizing important ethics issues in corporate practice. Program participants will “vote” electronically on the correct ethical responses, followed by faculty review, discussion, and explanation.

  • Ethical issues that arise from working remotely
